The blue IKEA Blåhaj shark became wildly popular in some trans communities. Since I’m a big fan of silly memes that promote feelings of belonging (and animal plushies in general) I bought one.
They’re so soft and the perfect size to replace a body pillow for side-sleeping! I sleep so much better with it I try to pack it when I travel.
This week’s been hard for many trans folks, myself included. Seemed like a great excuse to take a trans joy beach photo! Plus I found some teeth in the process!
