I do lots of google searching (and others) and I'm not seeing the type of pages you describe (that doesn't mean that you're not seeing them--just that's not my personal experience). Can you give a specific example? I did [how to repair a bicycle tire] and got a variety of helpful resources that don't appear to be AI-generated or obviously plagiarized.
