Here’s today’s answer: This butt belongs to a male Northern Pintail (Anas acuta, heh heh). This spunky bird can be found throughout the Northern hemisphere, and both males and females can easily distinguished by their long spiky tails. Males have those solid black rump feathers, variegated sides, and grey feet. Fun fact: they migrate at speeds of nearly 50 miles per hour! PC: Wikimedia Commons
