I think PNW people wondering why I don’t like standing around in the rain is like me not understanding why people complain about heat and humidity (I truly don’t really feel heat and humidity, but my body was also built for equatorial weather)
Tbf, even as someone who loves PNW winter weather, we rarely want to _stand around_ in it. It’s for energetic striding and maybe doing something to a deciduous tree.
