Insomnia hack: Cognitive Shuffling
As soon as you close your eyes, start recalling random words. This keeps your brain from fixating on anything. Like all hacks, the hard part is remembering to do it. I've only done this for the last week, but so far I've fallen asleep within a minute each time. #Insomnia
@dan613 I did use this awhile ago, it did work well. Now I do night time meditation music playlist. :) It did help out for years until I got better at falling asleep, and meditating
