@EVDHmn I have sensitive teeth so scaling is always very uncomfortable. I tell myself to go often but I tend to delay until they have to do major scaling, which causes discomfort - a cycle that repeats itself endlessly

It’s frustrating, and somewhat of a downer, but at least there’s others out there who make it less painful or less nightmarish. You just have to tell the provider how you feel, pick a list of 20 and just keep trying to talk to office staff. When you find kind people, there’s a possibility of more.
