Ben Longdon<p>A bit slow on writing an <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/introduction" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>introduction</span></a> ... I work on <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/host" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>host</span></a>-pathogen <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/evolution" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>evolution</span></a> and <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/ecology" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>ecology</span></a> with a focus on <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/pathogen" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>pathogen</span></a> <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/HostShifts" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>HostShifts</span></a> and how and why <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/species" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>species</span></a> vary in their <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/susceptibility" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>susceptibility</span></a> to pathogens. We typically use ~50 <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/species" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>species</span></a> of <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/Drosophila" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Drosophila</span></a> and their <a href="https://ecoevo.social/tags/viruses" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>viruses</span></a> to ask these questions but are expanding our work into other tractable systems (more soon!) to address these questions.</p>
