@sarahdalgulls
Yes, like Indiana Jones... pigeons. Why did it have to be pigeons?
@sarahdalgulls And music manuscripts in the fragments! Cool!
@sarahdalgulls What a treasure! Amazing that manuscripts survived pigeons and other environmental threats for so long.

The church it was found in is quite well maintained, so the manuscripts were probably in no danger.
@sarahdalgulls ok, so first reaction is to ask about its connection to Dracula. But then a question about the possibility of it being hidden because of the incoming Muslims in the 15th century?
@sarahdalgulls
I miss the shit out of working at a Special Collections. These old library finds and Rare Book Libraries were always something to behold.
One of my last jobs before tech was to catalog a donated rare books library that included materials I had used later in a paper for a class on Ancient Rome
@sarahdalgulls Ooh, a Romanian church! I'm not religious but a lot of churches in my country look nice in terms of architecture!
