#Dandelions are starting to flower everywhere in Switzerland. They are a great vegetable: they are tasty and you can find enough for a dish basically anywhere. The flower buds taste milder than the rest of the plants, but still have a bitter tang. I like to cook them with carrots and onions which are slightly sweet. This time I also added some brussels sprouts, that were about to go bad. Add soysauce, honey, some sesamy oil and pepper and enjoy!
