We had a great conversation at the conference about the system wide requirement to teach DEISJ classes. The question was how do we know if students incorporate these concepts vs just writing down what they think we want to hear?

That sounds like an excellent conference! I'm interested in how people responded to that question. My sense is that MOST people benefit from exposure to learning about how to be more equitable and inclusive, but I know there are resistors who rebel against any DEIJ exposure. What's your sense?
